Mosaic is part of the Christian Associates International (CAI) network. CAI is a organisation involved in leadership development , church planting and forming missional initiatives in the major cities of Europe. It was established in the 1960s and is active today in 16 European countries. Christian Associates UK is the operation of CAI in the United Kingdom.

Mosaic aspires to be a community of faith…”that seeks to incorporate its members into being part of a larger purpose, encouraging them as subversives [silent humble servants], giving them tools to engage their culture, teaching them how to bridge and interact with culture, setting a biblical agenda for holy living, fostering spiritual formation, developing spiritual giftedness, encouraging social action, and serving in community. Thus, it attacks the demons of postmodernism: atomisation, isolation, relativism, secularism, anti-supernaturalism, and apathy. It invites outsiders to a journey within a Christian community.”

Our Values: Mosaic’s values are communion, community and co-mission. This means we value connecting with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (communion), love being & serving with others (community), and want to make a difference locally and beyond in the through and in the name of Jesus Christ (co-mission). At the centre of these three values, we believe is the Mission of God – it’s where God is already working. Our desire is to be constantly moving to where God is already at work.

Our Leadership Team: Mosaic has a leadership team that serves the community through prayer, setting direction, making decisions, etc. The Leadership Team is made up of Wes White (pastor), Mark McDade, Lynsey Wells, Nettie McCulloch and Chris McKenzie. Additionally other leaders serve the community through managing the finances, leading our English class, ministering to teens, prayer ministry, an international bible study, and many other ways!
